1. Do you ship internationally?
A: We sure do! And free of charge!

2. Where can I find my tracking?
A: Your tracking number can be located in the email that is sent to you when your order is dispatched from our warehouse(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update after it has been dispatched as it can take a short period of time for the item to be scanned at our courier’s facility centre(s).

3: When will you ship my order?
A: We aim to have all orders ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days. Please allow extra processing time around major holidays.

4: Why have I only received part of my order?
A: To ensure you receive all the products you have ordered around the same time, we may ship your order in multiple packages from different warehouses where the stock is available.

5: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once the order has shipped, you can expect your order between 7 to 25 business days. It'll vary depending on where you are from, and can be impacted by factors including your local customs/post office, and the time of year. 

6: Will I need to pay duties or tax?
A: Many countries require that customers pay import duties or fees when they shop online from another country. There are typically order thresholds for this (i.e. orders over X amount are charged, orders under are not) but you'll need to check the Customs website for your country for the exact details. When you are tracking your package, our tracking will show once the package has reached a Customs Office. If it isn't released within a few days of getting to Customs, you should contact your Customs Office to check and see if payment is required. Most of the time they will contact you directly, but not always!

A: We are located in Australia and have multiple warehouses worldwide that we ship from.
